Functions And Features
■ The electrical components of the machine are all internationally famous brands, ensuring stable and reliable quality.
■ The wall panels and key components are treated with stress relieving and tempering to eliminate internal stress, manufactured by high-precision machining centers and ground by CNC grinding machines.
■ All shafts and rollers are made of high-quality steel, treated by tempering, quenching and tempering, and precision grinding, with high-precision electromagnetic dynamic balancing and hard chrome plating on the surface.
■ All transmission gears are made of 45# steel, treated by high-frequency quenching and gear grinding, ensuring high color registration accuracy.
■ The machine adopts a spray-type automatic lubrication system, equipped with a dual-oil-circuit oil level balance system.
■ The working clearance is adjusted by a self-locking worm gear and worm device, which is fast and convenient.
