Functions And Features
■ The entire electrical appliances are of internationally renowned brands, with stable and reliable quality.
■ The wall panels and important components of the whole machine are all aged and tempered to eliminate the internal stress of the metal; they are all made using high-precision machining centers and ground with CNC grinders.
■ The shafts and rollers of the entire machine are made of high-quality steel, tempered, quenched and tempered; ground and processed, high-precision computer dynamic balance correction, and the surface is hard chromium plated.
■ The transmission gears of the whole machine are all made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel, carburized and quenched, and processed by gear grinding, with high color registration accuracy.
■ The whole machine lubrication system adopts spray-type automatic lubrication, an intuitive display device, and is equipped with a dual oil circuit oil level balance system.
■ The working gap of the whole machine can be adjusted, and the wrench-free self-locking worm gear device is fast and convenient.
■ Vacuum adsorption and leading edge paper feeding can be selected as needed.
■ Equipped with ink shortage alarm device to monitor the working status of the ink supply system in real time.
■ One-click automatic pre-alignment function. The computer adjusts the printing plates of various colors to the center of the cardboard according to the width of the cardboard, reducing the waste of cardboard during machine adjustment.
