Forming a cardboard box production line with a printing machine, cardboard printing, slotting, folding, gluing, counting and discharging are completed in sequence, greatly simplifying the cardboard box production process.
The front conveyor belt of the folding section is pressed by the conveyor belt to advance the cardboard. The gap between the paper feeding port and the gap between the upper and lower conveyor belts can be adjusted.
The glue box adopts an elastic fixing method, with a simple and reliable structure and easy cleaning.
The main power adopts a variable frequency speed regulating motor, which is synchronized with the printing machine, and the cardboard is transported smoothly.
Counting And Discharging Section
Using photoelectric switch counting, three sets of servo motors work together to achieve high-speed counting and stacking output function, which is reliable in batches and has low impact force.
