Function
■ The front conveyor belt of the folding section is pressed by the conveyor belt to advance the cardboard. The gap between the paper feeding port and the gap between the upper and lower conveyor belts can be adjusted.
■ The paper feeding section of the folding part is loaded with spring pressure wheels, and the pressure wheels are equipped with limit devices that can adjust the pressure of each wheel separately for paper feeding.
■ The middle section of the folding part is equipped with a secondary folding line device for accurate folding.
■ The rear section of the folding part uses a vacuum suction belt to transport the cardboard forward to prevent the cardboard from slipping and causing a scissor gap.
■ The rear section of the folding part is equipped with a lower folding belt that is independently driven by a servo motor, and its speed is higher than that of the upper folding belt (which can be adjusted separately). The frictional force of the lower folding belt rubbing forward is offset by the resistance generated by the folding cardboard, reducing the scissors difference to a certain extent.
■ The rear section of the folding part is fully folded using a forming tower wheel, driven by a servo motor, making the cardboard folding process controllable and the formed cardboard box exquisite.
■ The folding crossbeam moves left and right using electric adjustment.
