Functions And Features
■ High precision six-color printing with 0.3mm printing accuracy; high line density of 140LPI. High efficiency: integrated full-process production including printing, drying, coating, re-drying, slotting, die-cutting, waste stripping, stacking and counting. Low consumption: multi-stage wind control, multi-stage temperature control, variable frequency drive with servo system for energy saving.
■ All electrical components of the machine adopt world-renowned brands, ensuring superior quality and stable operation.
■ The whole machine wall panels and key components are treated with tempering process to eliminate internal stress, manufactured by high-precision machining centers and ground by CNC grinding machines.
■ All transmission shafts and rollers are made of high-quality steel, tempered and dynamically balanced, with hard chrome plating and precision ground surface.
■ All transmission gears adopt 20CrMnTi alloy steel, precision ground after heat treatment and processed by gear grinding, maintaining high transmission precision for a long service life.
■ The whole machine adopts spray lubrication with intuitive display, equipped with a double oil pipe balancing system.
■ The working clearance of the whole machine is adjustable, equipped with tool-free self-locking worm gear and worm device, durable and convenient for adjustment.
■ Vacuum adsorption, kick feeding or lead-edge feeding can be selected according to customer requirements.
■ Equipped with an ink alarm system to monitor the working status of the ink supply system in real time.
■ One-button automatic plate pre-positioning: the computer can automatically adjust the printing plate of each printing unit to the center of the cardboard according to the cardboard width, reducing cardboard waste during machine adjustment.
