Function

■ The printing phase adopts a planetary gear mechanism, with electric digital 360 ° adjustment and digital display (adjustable for both shutdown and startup).

■ Adopting a hanging plate device, with full and half plate hanging grooves, and a foot switch to control forward and reverse rotation, the loading and unloading of printing plates is fast and convenient.

■ The printing phase is fixed using a pneumatic brake mechanism. When the unit is separated, the brake mechanism restricts the rotation of the main engine and maintains the fixed point of the original gear position unchanged.

■ Pneumatic plate lifting device, when not printing, the mesh roller is automatically disengaged and ink is evenly distributed to prevent ink from drying up.
■ The full process vacuum paper delivery system can achieve full board and warped cardboard printing, without leaving traction allowance on both sides of the cardboard, reducing cardboard waste.
