■ Die-Cutting Unit: Plate-free slotting with CNC adjustment
■ Die Rollers: High-quality steel, high-speed balanced, surface hardened, ground & chrome-plated for stable operation
■ Die Mounting: 100X100mm screw spacing, compatible with 25.4mm-height dies
■ Die Board Thickness: 16-18mm (for 3-ply boards)/13-15mm(for 5-ply boards)
■ Premium Pad Rollers: High-quality steel, high-speed balanced, ground & chrome-plated
■ Electric Gap Adjustment: Imported premium pads with ±30mm mechanical float. Die-cutting balancer compensates for linear speed, ensuring even pad wear and extended lifespan
■ Planetary Gear Phase Control: 360° electric digital adjust-ment (adjustable during run/stop), with 7mm lateral positioning
■ One-Click Synchronization: Pre-pressure, forming, and slotting tool gaps adjusted simultaneously (optional indepen-dent servo drive for smoother operation and higher precision)
■ Interchangeable Dies: Special-shaped die plates are compati-ble with plate-free die-cutting/slotting units (parameters to be confirmed per project)
