A printing slotting machine, also known as a flexo printing slotting machine, carton printing slotting machine, flexo ink printing slotting machine, or corrugated cardboard printing slotting machine, is a comprehensive cardboard processing equipment that integrates five processes: printing, slotting, corner cutting, creasing, and edge trimming. It is an indispensable post-processing equipment in corrugated cardboard box production. Depending on the color group, printing slotting machines are available in single-color, two-color, three-color, and four-color models.
A printing slotting machine generally consists of a paper feeding section, a printing section, and a slotting section.
Paper Feeding Section:
1. Vacuum adsorption assisted kick-type paper feeding system; airflow can be adjusted appropriately according to the cardboard size and curvature to ensure accurate paper feeding.
2. Lightweight and wear-resistant aluminum alloy kick plate; pneumatic paper rest device at the rear baffle.
3. Nylon brushes remove dust and debris, cleaning impurities from the printing surface of the cardboard and improving print quality.
Printing Section:
1. Foot switch electrically controls the forward and reverse rotation of the printing plate roller for easy loading and unloading of the printing plate. 2. Printing section phase electric planetary gear adjustment, digital display.
3. Printing plate roller lateral electric adjustment distance 20 mm.
4. Gap adjustment, using imported sun gear adjustment, suitable for 3, 5, and 7-layer corrugated cardboard.
Slotting Section
1. Electric linkage adjustment, slotting and creased in one step.
2. Carton height electric adjustment, digital display.
3. Electric phase adjustment, digital display.
4. Can be equipped with a latching device.
Printing slotting machines are commonly used for printing carton packaging for dairy products, food, beverages, health products, and electrical appliances.
